Job Summary
Lancaster Rehabilitation Hospital is a leading provider of comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality patient care.Key Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and monitor patient responses
• Set up and maintain mechanical ventilators, ensuring accurate airway management and tracheal suctioning
• Perform arterial punctures to obtain blood samples for gas analysis, and understand potential complications
• Conduct EKGs, interpret results, and send reports to physicians as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized patient care plansRequirements
  • Current State Respiratory Therapist Licensure
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy
  • Current CPR certification (BLS)
