Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Women s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join our client s team on a part-time basis. This role involves providing comprehensive outpatient primary care and OB/GYN services to the patients during evening shifts, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in women s health, excellent clinical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care and gynecological services to female patients, including well-woman exams, contraceptive counseling, and prenatal and postpartum care.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions related to women s health.
• Conduct patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and perform physical examinations.
• Educate patients on preventive care, family planning, and health maintenance.
• Offer counseling on lifestyle changes, nutrition, and exercise to promote overall health and well-being.
• Address patient concerns and provide guidance on managing symptoms and treatment plans.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and community resources as needed.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.Requirements:
  • Master s or Doctorate degree in Nursing with a specialization in Women s Health.
  • Current and valid WHNP license in NY.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in women s health, primary care, or OB/GYN settings.
  • Strong clinical skills in women s health and primary care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Please note- The annual base salary range is $70/hr to $75/hr. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
