Join Our Team of Dedicated ProfessionalsLehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Home Care team on a per diem basis. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their homes, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their maximum level of independence.Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' conditions and develop personalized treatment plans to restore function and prevent disability
• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities
• Communicate patient progress and physical limitations to supervisors, physicians, and other team members
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providersRequirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Pennsylvania
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications:
    • Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctoral degree
