Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Montgomery Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents, adhering to established procedures and documenting care as needed.
• Assist residents with personal care and hygiene needs, including bathing and feeding.
• Transport, lift, and transfer residents as required, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and report any changes in their condition to the nursing team.
• Measure and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure, as instructed.Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New York State, current and in good standing.
  • Dedication to providing extraordinary compassionate care to each resident.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a cheerful disposition and patience.
