Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including routine check-ups, preventive care, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Conduct thorough assessments, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to formulate accurate diagnoses.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.
• Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-management strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records in compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications:

• Board Certified in the State of New York
• Current and unrestricted New York State license.
