Certified Medical Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Moorestown, NJ
Pay Rate: $18-20 per hour

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for a busy pediatric office that is part of a larger healthcare group. This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling options, including one evening shift per week. Schedule:

• 20-25 hours per week
• Monday: 8 AM - 4 PM
• Tuesday: 9 AM - 5 PM
• Evening Shift: 12 PM - 8 PM
• Flexible days and hours depending on office needs Responsibilities:
  • Assist medical and nursing staff with routine patient care and office tasks.
  • Greet patients, answer phones, and manage appointment scheduling.
  • Take vital signs, record medical histories, and prepare patients for examinations.
  • Assist physicians during exams, collect lab specimens, and perform basic lab tests.
  • Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed.
  • Administer medications, perform EKGs, and prepare patients for tests and procedures. Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma / GED required.
    • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification (required within 3 months if not already certified).
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Working knowledge of safety protocols, infection control, and patient care procedures.
    • CPR certification required (American Heart Association or Red Cross preferred).
