Job Description:
A company is looking for an Oncology Nurse Navigator to provide
clinical support and navigation for cancer patients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and manage member
health
Support members throughout the oncology care continuum,
coordinating care and addressing needs
Participate in case conferences and collaborate with healthcare
teams to optimize care delivery
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
Compact unrestricted registered nurse (RN) license; compact or
single state licensure in New York, Illinois, Michigan, and/or
California preferred
At least 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in solid
tumor oncology nursing
Oncology-related certifications required or to be obtained within 2
years of hire
Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays and up to 2 holidays per
year
