27 bed ED with 8 bed fast track
Scribes in ER
IBEX EMR
42-44 hours phy coverage daily, 24 hours APP coverage daily
Phy Shifts: Mon/Tues---7a-4p, 9a-6p, 3p-11p, 5p-2a, 10p-7p. Wed---Sun: 7a-5p, 9a-7p, 4p-2a, 7p-7a
APP Shifts: 10a-10p/2p-2a
Independent Contractor model for physicians
