In this role, you will perform assays to assess the quality of lentivirus production and CAR-T cell generation to inform scientific decisions and interpret experimental data. The successful candidate will have a background in Molecular Biology. Success in this position will require both the ability to independently execute lab responsibilities and to effectively collaborate within a cross-functional team. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse and ambitious discovery team and to work with state-of-art technology to create life-changing therapies for patients.\rDuties and Responsibilities:

• Perform molecular biology techniques such as DNA/RNA extraction and quantification, qPCR, and ddPCR
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and effectively communicate results to colleagues
• Maintain laboratory records and ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and safety procedures
