You will support the communities we serve by being a community-first provider and practicing the PA Protocol for Paramedics to the fullest extent.

Responsibilities:
--- Evaluate and monitor the clinical status of pediatric patients while in transit within Philadelphia, PA, US.
--- Document and manage patient vital signs, medications given, and other pertinent medical details accurately.
--- Work closely with the transport team and medical staff at hospitals to ensure high-quality patient care is provided.
--- Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations diligently.
--- Perform regular checks to confirm the functionality of medical equipment on a daily basis.
--- Maintain a safe environment for both patients and team members at all times.

Qualifications:
--- Paramedic certification from a valid State and National Registry is required in Philadelphia, PA.
--- Possession of Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is mandatory.
--- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are necessary.
--- A clean driving record and a current, valid driver's license are essential for this position.
--- Completion of ICS 100, 200, 700, 800.
--- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities are a must.
--- The ability to thrive in high-pressure and fast-paced environments is required.
--- A deep commitment to patient care and safety is vital for success in this role.
