a Forensic Psychological Services Associate. Located in

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this vital role, you will provide psychological services to
forensic patients who are incompetent to stand trial, awaiting
sentencing, facing psychiatric challenges that impact their ability
to adjust to prison, or have been found not guilty by reason of
insanity. Services should be delivered promptly while honoring
individual and cultural differences. The primary goal is to resolve
psychiatric issues, enabling the appropriate handling of
referral-related forensic matters. Your clinical decisions will
include selecting the most appropriate psychological treatment
interventions, determining the format and focus of treatment
sessions, and tailoring positive reinforcement programs to the
needs of individual clients or specific wards.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employment, 37.5
hours per weekWork hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday,
with a 30-minute lunch.Overtime and travel: As neededMay change
based on operational needsSalary: In some cases, the starting

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:A
Master's Degree in psychology or a closely related field which
includes fifteen credits in Psychology.Applicants will be
considered to have met the educational requirements once they are
within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree/credits.

essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:A conditional offer of employment will require a
medical examination and drug screening.This position falls under
the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.Under the
Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and
approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but
not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
