Location: New York, NY 10038
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Full-Time Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

Join a mission-driven non-profit organization dedicated to serving individuals with
intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to deliver high-quality care while also mentoring clinical staff and contributing to program development. This role combines therapy, assessments, and leadership within a collaborative, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
--- Manage a caseload of up to 5 clients, conducting 30-minute individual counseling sessions.
--- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches.
--- Supervise and mentor clinicians and interns; ensure quality care and documentation.
--- Conduct psychological assessments and formulate treatment plans.
--- Collaborate with the Medical Director and interdisciplinary teams to support client care.
--- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with regulatory standards.
--- Consult with internal teams and external agencies on psychological services and program
development.
--- Support ethical, person-centered, and legally compliant service delivery.

Qualifications:
--- Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program.
--- Current NY State license as a Clinical Psychologist.
--- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (post-licensure preferred).
--- Prior experience supervising interns or clinical staff is a plus.
--- Excellent communication, assessment, and diagnostic skills.
