RN House Supervisor - Non Exempt at Haven Behavioral summary:
The RN House Supervisor at Haven Behavioral Hospital oversees
patient care and provides support to nursing staff within a
psychiatric healthcare setting. This role entails coordinating
incident responses and participating in direct patient care as
needed, alongside responsibilities for staff education and staffing
support. The ideal candidate has two years of registered nursing
experience, including management and acute psychiatric
experience.
PRN RN House Supervisor - Weekends 1st/2nd Shift (7a-3:30p or
3p-11:30p)

Position Summary
- Provides oversight for the provision of care.
- Serves as a resource to the direct care staff.
- Coordinates on-site response to incidents, errors and sentinel events. Provides support to the DON and Nurse Manager with staffing, staff education, and other activities as assigned.
- Provides direct patient care under the Registered Nurse job
description when necessary and/or assigned.
Qualifications
Preferred Experience: Two years as Registered Nurse with one year acute psychiatric experience and one year management experience.
Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
