Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate to provide
support to clients and patients in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls while meeting production and
quality assurance standards
Assist customers with medical billing questions, financial
assistance programs, and payment processing
Mentor new employees and respond to escalated inquiries
effectively
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and
relevant experience
Three or more years of customer service support experience in a
remote setting
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow through on issues to
resolution
