About the Role In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, operate a cash register, and support inventory accuracy. You will also assist in training new team members and participate in daily service processes. What You'll Do

• Engage customers in a friendly and helpful manner, process sales transactions, and meet individual goals
• Support inventory accuracy and assist in training new team members
• Participate in daily service processes and maintain adherence to company policies and safety guidelines All associate roles at Kohl's are responsible for:

  • Receiving and proactively responding to direction from supervisors/managers
  • Other responsibilities as assigned What Skills You HaveRequired
    • Excellent customer service and multitasking skills, and flexible availability including weekends and holidays
    • No retail experience required, 16 years of age or older Preferred
      • Client facing retail or service industry experience
