Job Description:

Our client, a well-known athletics apparel brand, is seeking a Keyholder to join their team in NYC for a pop-up! We are looking for someone hardworking and organized with prior experience. Pay is DOE.
In this role, you will:

• Assist the sales associates with selling and customer service needs
• Support the Store Manager with overseeing a team of 20+ associates
• Help with developing employee schedules
• Handle customer concerns or internal employee conflicts
• Merchandise the sales floor / ensure organization at all times
• Coordinate visual displays with assistance from corporate
• Complete opening and closing duties
• Ensure POS systems are closed out nightly
• Ensure stockroom & floor organization at all times
  Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Keyholder
  • Highly organized & great communication skills
  • Ability to work weekends/ retail hours/ holidays
