About the Role:Fausto, a renowned neighborhood restaurant and wine destination, is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join its dynamic kitchen team. As a Pasta Cook, you will be responsible for preparing mise en place and cooking pasta for one of our two pasta stations, working closely with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepares mise en place and cooks pasta for daily service and weekly prep schedule
• Performs opening and closing duties, setting up and closing down station
• Lifts up to 50 pounds and stands for over 6 hours
• Carries out other job-related tasks as outlined by management
• Provides high-quality menu itemsRequirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in casual or fine dining
  • Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
  • Positive attitude towards work and teamBenefits:
