Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service RMA Specialist to
manage the RMA process and ensure customer satisfaction through
efficient handling of returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Key Responsibilities
Process, monitor, and manage all customer return requests (RMAs)
according to company policies
Respond to customer inquiries about RMA requests via phone, email,
and live chat
Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve RMA
issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1+ years of experience in customer service
RMA processing experience preferred
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus
