Job Description:

A neighborhood restaurant and wine destination in Park Slope, Brooklyn, Fausto seeks a full-time Line Cook to help create elevated, approachable food with a focus on locality and seasonality. The ideal candidate is passionate, goal-oriented, and value-driven, with at least 2 years of experience in casual or fine dining.

Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
Positive attitude towards work and team
Availability on weekends

Responsibilities include:
- Performing opening and closing duties, setting up and closing down station
- Preparing items for the station for daily service and weekly prep schedule
- Lifting 50 pounds and standing for over 6 hours
- Carrying out job-related tasks as outlined by management
- Providing high-quality menu items
  
  Compensation: $22-$24 per hour, with benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, commuter benefits, and dining discount
