As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for working across all stations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.Responsibilities:

• Work effectively across all kitchen stations, providing support and assistance as needed.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our menu, recipes, and kitchen standards.
• Train and mentor junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient service and high-quality dishes.Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of kitchen experience, preferably in a fine dining environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including daytime, evening, and weekend hours.
