Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Dining Services II to join our team at Chartwells K12 - East Pennsboro Area School District. As a key member of our food service operations team, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of our dining services, including leading a team of associates, managing client relationships, and supporting financial goals.Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Chef and management team to create nutritious and high-quality food options for our students.
• Implement new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary teams to enhance the dining experience.
• Maintain excellent relationships with our clients, including school administrators and staff.
• Manage, train, and develop a team of associates to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our dining services team.Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of food service supervisory or lead experience.
  • Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Financial experience and business acumen skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
