Job Summary: Join our team as a line cook at The Bazaar, where you will leverage your knife skills and experience to prepare and run a station during busy service, work with a positive kitchen team, and continuously learn and innovate in the kitchen.

• Prep and run a station during busy service with confidence and precision.
• Work seamlessly with the kitchen team to prepare and reproduce menu items that exceed guest expectations.
• Embrace a culture of continuous learning and discovery, expanding your knowledge of food and beverage.
• Understand and prepare all ingredients for each recipe and menu item.
• Plan, set up, and run a shift with ease.
• Follow inventory control procedures to minimize product loss.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees and guests.
