About the Role:The Sous Chef will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. This includes managing the line, overseeing service, and mentoring junior staff members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary management and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the kitchen line and ensuring efficient service
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes
  • Mentor and train junior staff members
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment and facilities
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop new menu items and specialsRequirements:
    • Minimum one year of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role
    • Strong culinary management skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications:
      • 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef
      • Proven ability to run a high-volume kitchen
