Job Title: Executive Chef for Upscale Dining EstablishmentJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at The Oberon Group. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing costs, labor, and inventory, as well as a passion for creating upscale classic NY dining.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, purchasing, and scheduling.
• Manage the BOH team, including hiring, training, and development.
• Develop and implement menus, recipes, and kitchen procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives.Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successful concept development and financial execution.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, managing P&L's, labor, purchasing, vendors, and kitchen management.
