Nura Restaurant Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our team at Nura, a restaurant in Greenpoint. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard, while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in the kitchen.
• Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard, following recipes and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Work effectively as part of a team, supporting and assisting colleagues as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to work nights and weekends, as required.
• Ability to receive and apply feedback, and to adapt to changing circumstances.Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to multitask.
