Restaurant Operations ManagerConfidant is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including financial management, staff management, and guest service.Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to our guests.
• Lead and manage the F&B team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed.
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of F&B colleagues.
• Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs.
• Conduct regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
• Maximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Food and Beverage teams to implement agreed-upon strategies, practices, and promotions.
• Have full knowledge of all menus and offerings.
• Manage the departmental budget.
• Follow restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a high-end, fine dining establishment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including financial management, staff management, and guest service.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
