About the RoleWe are seeking a visionary and skilled Chef de
Cuisine to lead our culinary team and bring our innovative vision
to life.This role is an exciting opportunity for a culinary artist
passionate about merging cultures on the plate and creating
memorable dining experiences.Key Responsibilities
- Menu Creation & Consultation
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to bring their
culinary vision to life, offering input on seasonal ingredients,
sourcing, costing, and streamlining prep processes.
- Design dishes that merge French culinary techniques with Middle
Eastern spices, producing a menu that surprises and delights,
showcasing both cultures' culinary depth.
- Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, inspire, and manage the kitchen team to ensure that every
dish meets our high standards.
- Foster a collaborative, positive work environment that
encourages teamwork and skill development.
- Mentor and train kitchen staff, ensuring high performance,
consistency, and professional growth.
- Quality Control & Consistency
- Maintain a strong emphasis on food quality, presentation, and
flavor profiles to ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining
experience.

- Inventory & Cost Management
- Take charge of inventory and supply management to support
cost-effective purchasing and reduce waste.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure seamless kitchen operations
and menu availability.
- Hygiene, Safety, & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations,
creating and maintaining a spotless kitchen environment.
- Oversee proper sanitation and food handling practices,
promoting a safe workspace for all team members.

- Work closely with the FOH team to provide a seamless dining
experience, offering insights for wine pairing and menu
highlights.
- Participate in the collaborative efforts to create a harmonious
dining atmosphere, working with FOH to balance timing and service

of French varietals alongside innovative blends from emerging wine
regions, carefully chosen to complement the depth of flavors on our
menu.Our restaurant doubles as a gallery space, with rotating
exhibitions that highlight the work of emerging artists, extending
our creative spirit into the dining experience.We foster a
community of food, wine, and art lovers through regular events such
as wine tastings, art openings, and guest chef
nights.Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or senior kitchen leader
in a high-end, concept-driven restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with Middle Eastern and/or
French cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and mentorship
skills.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to thrive in a
fast-paced environment.
- A culinary degree or equivalent experience is
preferred.Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $100-150K DOE, plus performance-based bonuses.
