Ma--tre D Position SummaryA Ma--tre D is the face of our restaurant, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to think and act quickly and effectively while maintaining self-composure.Key Responsibilities:

• At least 2 years of experience in a reputable fine dining restaurant
• Proficiency in a reservation system such as Open Table or Resy
• Professional and polished appearance
• Food and wine knowledge
• Ability to describe menu items to guests
• Provide legendary hospitality to our VIPs and regulars
• Manage reservations, incorporate guest requests, and think on your feet
• Experience handling high volume service with excellence
