About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Eurest - QVC Studio Park. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the overall success of the food program and overseeing culinary functions.The ideal candidate will have 5 years of related culinary experience, including 1 year at the supervisory or lead level. They will be knowledgeable about food and industry trends, with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, safety, food cost controls, and presentation.The successful candidate will be able to set up and distribute production sheets, possess supervisory, leadership, training, management, and coaching skills, and have a strong understanding of MS Office products, including Excel.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and participating in the preparation and cooking of various food items.
• Assist with planning and creating menus.
• Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary team.
• Assist with managing cost controls and controlling expenditure.
