Job Title: Maitre DZuma - New York is seeking a skilled Maitre D to join our team. As a Maitre D, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and exceptional dining experience for our guests.Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Reservations and Seating: Manage guest reservations, coordinate seating plans, and lead the dining room team to maintain Zuma's high standards of service and hospitality.
• Front Desk Operations: Oversee and ensure the proper setup of the front desk area, supervising the team to complete side-work and other opening/closing procedures.
• Menu Knowledge and Recommendations: Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, specials, and wine selections to provide recommendations and enhance the guest experience.
• Customer Service: Promote and maintain the highest level of customer service to all guests while staying alert to their needs.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with dining room staff to ensure guests are receiving prompt and courteous service.Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Maitre D or similar role in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
