Restaurant Operations ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled
Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Butcher Bar. As a
key member of our management team, you will be responsible for
overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that
our guests have a consistently high-quality dining experience.Key
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff
supervision, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Ensure that our restaurant maintains a professional image,
including cleanliness, staff uniforms, and appearance
standards.
- Respond to guest complaints and take appropriate actions to
turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
- Manage shifts, including daily decision-making, upholding
service standards, and maintaining performance expectations.
- Provide direction to employees through ongoing feedback and
performance expectations.
- Work collaboratively with other FOH and BOH managers to achieve
our goals.Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience required.
- A combination of practical experience and education is a
plus.
- Prior experience with Opentable, Schedulefly, and Digital
Dining Future POS is preferred.Personal Qualities:
- Self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability, and a positive
attitude.
- Pleasant, polite manner and a neat and clean appearance.
