Job Description:

Assist with food preparation and dish duties in a fast-paced kitchen environment.Requirements:

Prior experience in a commercial kitchen with knife skills and basic food safety standards.
Ability to follow directions, lift 30+ pounds, and be on feet all day.
Team player with attention to detail.Job Responsibilities:
- Execute and prepare menu items, including cutting, slicing, and preparing ingredients.
- Maintain high-quality products according to Executive Chef specifications.
- Collaborate with Executive Chef, Kitchen Manager, and Prep team to deliver daily menu items.Benefits:
  - Full-time or part-time position, 4-5 days per week.
  - Starting wage $15/hour, plus tips guaranteed at $20/hour.
  - PTO after 6 months (5 days) and 1 year (10 days) of employment.
  - Staff meal provided for every shift.
