The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of culinary management experience in a high-volume New York City restaurant, with expertise in all kitchen stations and expediting experience in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be dedicated to culinary excellence, cleanliness, organization, and team success, with a strong understanding of Modern European and American cuisines. Key responsibilities include managing kitchen operations, directing a team, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
