In contrast, our Herald Square location will offer a more casual Italian sandwich counter experience.We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead both locations and drive our culinary vision forward. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Italian cuisine, menu development, and kitchen management.The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing menus that showcase our Italian culinary expertise
• Leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and service
• Managing kitchen operations, including inventory, purchasing, and food costs
