Job Description:
Part-time line cooks working 20-30 hours a week, PTO and tips
offered. Responsibilities:
* Execution of all evening pick ups
* Setting up line cook stations, food preparation, and maintaining
a clean kitchen
* Overseeing FIFO and PARS, reporting to Sous Chef or Executive
Chef
* Turning over the line to AM staff
