• Manage and lead all kitchen personnel
• Ordering, food and labor cost management
• Creating relationships with vendors
• Collaborating on menu creation, daily specials, and expediting
• Inventory management and ordering
• Hiring, training, scheduling, and management of BOH staff
• Thorough understanding of food and labor cost analysis and controlRequirements
