- Execute orders efficiently from start to finish.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills in a
sous chef role.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in all kitchen stations, including cold, fry, grill,
and saut--.
- Willingness to work alongside the chef on the grill, learning the
ins and outs of our kitchen system.
- Deep understanding of optimal cooking temperatures for meats and
seafood.
