• Oversee pastry menu execution and development with the Pastry Chef.
• Lead a team of Pastry Cooks to prepare high-quality products.
• Maintain high performance and excellence in the Pastry Department.
• Ensure consistent execution of pastry offerings and timely flow of service.
• Collaborate with Kitchen & Service teams to maintain positive working relationships.
• Assist with food prep and cooking during peak periods as needed.
• Maintain a clean and stocked workplace.Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in a Pastry leadership position.
  • Certification in Hospitality-related field (preferred).
  • Understanding of baking and pastry techniques.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Positive demeanor and passion for the food industry.
