The Kitchen Production Assistant supports the kitchen team by
preparing and producing food according to restaurant recipes and
standards. Key responsibilities include cleanliness, safety, and
organization in the kitchen and production areas. This role ensures
high-quality food and efficient restaurant operation.
Responsibilities include recipe preparation, cleanliness and
sanitation, equipment use and maintenance, safety protocols, and
inventory assistance. Required skills include experience in a
kitchen or food production environment, basic understanding of food
preparation, safety, and sanitation standards, and physical ability
to lift up to 50 pounds. As a food company, vacation time may be
