Job Description:

Prepare and execute menu items, seasonal specials, and to-go orders to LPQ standards. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, assist with dish cleaning, and follow cleaning checklists.

Conduct quality control line checks
Use proper tools, equipment, and ingredients
Follow opening, mid, and closing procedures
Complete cleaning and food safety checklistsRequirements:
- 1 or 3 months of related restaurant experience or training
- Previous knife-handling experience a plus
- Flexibility in schedule is preferred
- Ability to be cross-trained in all kitchen areas
- Ability to speak, read, and understand primary language(s)
