Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Prep Cook to join our team at Liberty Kitchen in Philadelphia. As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation and dish duties in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation, including cutting, chopping, and slicing ingredients.
• Prepare menu items to specifications, including dressings and sauces.
• Work with the Executive Chef and Kitchen Manager to execute menu items on a daily basis.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety standards.Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a commercial kitchen setting with knife skills and knowledge of basic food safety standards.
  • Ability to follow directions and execute recipes to specifications provided by the Executive Chef.
  • Must be a team player, able to lift 30+ pounds and work on your feet all day.What We Offer:
    • Competitive hourly wage of $15 per hour, plus tips guaranteed at $20 per hour total.
    • Full-time or part-time position, depending on the candidate's schedule.
    • Eligibility for PTO after 6 months of employment, with 5 days available.
