Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team at Kinjo, a high-profile, destination restaurant in Brooklyn, NY. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality sushi dishes to our guests.Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sushi dishes according to our menu and recipes
• Ensure impeccable service standards and maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required
• Attend in-service and safety meetings
• Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managersRequirements
  • 2 years of experience in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant
  • Knowledge of proper butchering and curing techniques for a wide array of fish
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
