Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Prepared Foods Team Leader to join our team at Whole Foods Market - Midtown East (57th Street). As a key member of our Prepared Foods department, you will be responsible for leading a team of team members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Operations and Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure efficient operations.
• Training and Development: Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
• Performance Management: Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.Requirements
  • Experience: 24+ months retail experience, including 12+ months of team leadership experience.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
