clients' brands.Job SummaryAs the Housekeeping Manager, you will be
a key member of our leadership team, ensuring the highest standards
of cleanliness, order, and guest satisfaction. You will oversee
daily housekeeping operations, manage and inspire a dedicated team,
and work collaboratively with other departments to maintain our
luxury reputation.Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff
to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
meet the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and
presentation.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure
they meet our quality standards.
- Train, mentor, and manage housekeeping staff to foster a
positive work environment and enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with the Director of Housekeeping to develop and
implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and quality assurance
programs.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies,
linens, and amenities, ensuring cost-effective ordering and
usage.
- Respond to and resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly,
maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, as well as
relevant regulations and hotel standards.
- Track, analyze, and report on housekeeping performance metrics,
recommending improvements as needed.Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping, with at
least 2 years in a management role at a luxury hotel or
resort.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, equipment, and
inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication
skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for maintaining the highest
standards.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and
holidays.
