• 2+ years of experience as a Prep Cook or Line Cook in an Italian-inspired restaurant.
• Ability to follow directions and desire to learn and grow within the industry.
• Organizational skills and experience with various cooking methods.
• Ability to manage a prep list and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time and maintain personal hygiene according to Health Department standards.
• Ability to stay calm in high-stress situations and work as a team player with excellent communication skills.
