Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Line Cook to join our team at Middle Child Clubhouse. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for the execution of dinner service, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our guests.Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including daily, monthly, and weekly deep cleaning
• Oversee correct FIFO and PARS procedures
• Execute all evening pick-ups and turn over the line to the AM staff
• Work closely with the Sous Chef or Executive Chef to ensure a high-quality dining experienceRequirements:
  • Previous experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
