Server Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Testa Rossa, a new Italian-American restaurant in the Shoppes at Brinton Lake. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our home.Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and provide excellent service throughout their dining experience
• Demonstrate competency in all steps of service, including menu knowledge and beverage programs
• Maintain accurate knowledge of menu items and beverage programs
• Derive pleasure from providing genuine hospitality and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Demonstrate proper professional decorum at all timesRequirements:
  • Prior experience in a food-serving establishment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems
