• Welcome our guests with a friendly demeanor into our home
• Demonstrate competency in steps of service
• Maintain accurate knowledge of all menu items, especially allergies
• Derive pleasure from providing genuine hospitality
• Expedite the line during service
• Memorize all table numbers and seat numbers
• Be comfortable carrying a tray of plates from the kitchen to guests' tables**Benefits**
