Job Description:

We specialize in French bakery items such as croissants, sourdough bread, and baguettes. The ideal candidate has experience with bread baking, especially baguettes, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Mixing, scaling, and shaping bread
  • Proofing croissants
  • Loading oven and baking off bread and pastries
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
  • Adapting to work in a small kitchenSuitable candidates possess:
    • 2-3 years of professional experience in bread or pastry, preferably with formal education in the field
    • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a physically demanding environment
    • Teamwork and adaptability
    • Availability to work holidays, weekends, and full shifts on feet with heavy liftingShifts run 4am-12pm, 5 days a week, with 2 days off in a row, and require the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
