With a focus on high-volume, excellence-driven environments, you'll be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of 50-75 staff members, providing coaching and training to help them grow and succeed.We're looking for someone with a strong background in restaurant operations, who is passionate about creating raves and delivering exceptional service. With a keen eye for detail and a talent for conflict resolution, you'll be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make tough decisions when needed.As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a range of talented individuals, from chefs and bartenders to servers and hosts. • Manage and mentor a team of 50-75 staff members in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Oversee the day-to-day running of a restaurant, including scheduling, inventory, and purchasing
• Coach and train staff to deliver exceptional service and create raves
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, making tough decisions when needed
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction**What We Offer:**
  • Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
  • Two consecutive days off per week
  • Set schedule
